Grievance Resolution: Professional mediation for disputes. We listen to both parties and facilitate fair resolution maintaining long-term relationships.

Basic Support: Included free with all our driver placements. Phone support during business hours, email support, basic grievance resolution.

Premium Support: ₹500 per month. 24/7 phone support, priority response, dedicated relationship manager, emergency replacement assistance, proactive monitoring.

Concierge Service: ₹2,000 per month. All premium features plus, personal relationship manager, white-glove service, unlimited consultations, priority access to services, VIP treatment.

Corporate Support Plans: Customized for businesses with multiple drivers. Starts at ₹5,000 per month for up to 10 drivers.
